Boatshed Kent are pleased to be presenting this 60 foot Replica Luxemotor barge, which is suitable for cruising through Europe. This is a comfortable barge of manageable dimensions for most French and European waterways and as a live aboard, airbnb, or second home. This barge has been fitted out to be coastal capable with separate watertight compartments and a collision bulkhead.  Each compartment has an automatic bilge pump and alarm system and has been fitted with a Hydraulic crane, with bow and stem thruster's and with joystick controls, for ease of manoeuvrability, This barge also provides an open plan saloon and galley, adapted for wheelchair access and a separate heads. This level also provides a double and single cabin, which just require a little finishing. Forward is the large forward cabin with profiling beds and ensuite wet room. The light and spacious wheelhouse would make a good office area or additional living space. The exterior is in need of a little painting and tidy up which although the owner is in the process of doing, due to change in circumstances it is now finding it difficult to keep up with this and will include the materials necessary for this work.
