The age of the hull is unknown (estimated 1930's, constructed with riveted steel) is reported to be in good condition in a survey in 2015. The modern deck and superstructure follow the classic design and lines of a Luxemotor Dutch Barge. With two cabins and two heads, a large open plan saloon and galley, the accommodation is light and bright, with plenty of storage space. As a guide, the current mooring fees are circa £20,000 per annum, but potential buyers must make their own enquiries with the mooring management prior to purchase.
