This model was launched in 2001. This ex-hire boat was sold in 2016 to our owner who renovated it. In addition, our owners have completely transformed and refitted the boat to make it habitable all year round, which they did for a long period. The insulation has been completely redone, 2 reverse cycle air conditioners, insulating exterior shutters, instant water heaters, innverter chargers, to name just a few of these items, are evidence of the boat's transformation into a true modern floating apartment. The mooring is renewable subject to acceptance by the harbor master's office, at a rate of €1300 per year, including water and waste disposal, plus approximately €32 per month for electricity.
