The GibSea 282 was one of the most innovative boats from the late 80's. She has an amazing amount of interior space down below, which would put some 34 footer boats to shame. The advantage of the lifting keel means that she can navigate shallow creeks, dry out on sandy beaches and harbours and utilise those cheaper drying moorings. The forward cabin has a double berth leading to the main saloon. There is a wraparound settee around the cabin table which can convert to a double berth. The galley and chart table are starboard, the heads has a shower and is to port. Behind the chart table is a large airy double berth cabin.
