This 1974 Albin Ballad has been regularly lifted and antifouled, but has a few issues such as a couple of window seals that need fixing and some more joinery work in the saloon, in addition to that which has already been done. Six foot standing headroom, smart sprayhood and sail cover, recent Jabsco heads, extra sails and basic navigation equipment are all included. There is an impressive amount of storage in the three cockpit lockers. If you are looking for an inexpensive, but capable boat to do some project work on, this might fit the bill.
